Since 1991 CIQUIME provides emergency response services to hazardous materials incidents, was the first Argentine Center, and one of the pioneers in the Latin American region.
CIQUIME provides its services through the hotline 0800-222-2933, with attention 24 hours 365 days a year, which can be accessed for free from anywhere in the country.
CIQUIME offers highly specialized services, and staff are prepared to meet the needs of your business.
CIQUIME between their multiple roles provides the information necessary for services to respond in cases of accidents involving hazardous materials. This is done through databases developed for this purpose by CIQUIME staff. It also maintains direct contact with control agencies, police, firefighters, hospitals, cargo carriers and donors, to monitor the event with communication among the parties involved.
In CIQUIME signed a mutual cooperation agreement between the centers of the American continent, such as: CHEMTREC (USA), CITUC (Chile), and CISPROQUIM (Colombia)
This agreement allows response services, access to information security products manufactured outside of Argentina.
